Our mission is to motivate students to dream and work hard every day to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Dropping-Out A Major Stake

Three major cause of school dropout:

  • Low self-esteem
  • Lack of motivation
  • Lack of support from friends and family

Unfortunately, Quebec ranks 9th in position out of 10 provinces in the segment of youth between 20 - 24 years of age who do not have their high school diplomas.

30,4 % of boys and 21.6% of girls less than 20 years of age in the greater Montreal area will not graduate from high school. These rates soar to 50% in certain disadvantaged districts.

On average 77 young students per day leave school benches in Quebec

From an economic standpoint, the school dropout cost to the community is enormous: $3.3 billion dollars to the

Quebec public, which is approximately $120K per dropout during their active life.

Promoting academic achievement means to develop a better Quebec on the level of employability but also to invest in motivated youth who will have the determination to surpass their goals because they believe in their own capabilities.
